How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, you would first book a consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your needs and goals for therapy. After the consultation, we will arrange scheduling together based on your availability and the recommended frequency of sessions.

What can I expect on my first therapy session?
Intake Evaluation- The goal of our first meeting is to learn about your goals for therapy, get to know you as a whole person, and put together an initial treatment plan. Please complete registration paperwork through the Client Portal (check your email for login information).

Additionally, we offer intensives for couples, which provide a concentrated and immersive therapeutic experience over a shorter period, typically spanning a few days.
