My Approach

I believe effective therapists are not defined by a single treatment model.

My supervision integrates evidence-based approaches, trauma-informed care, systemic thinking, attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral interventions, solution-focused therapy, DBT-informed skills, and relationship-focused therapy to help clinicians learn how to think critically, not simply which intervention to use.

My clinical background includes advanced training in EMDR and the Gottman Method, providing additional support for interns interested in trauma, relationships, and couples work.

Investment

$349/month (up to 5 hours of supervision)

Weekly supervision opportunities are offered in both individual and group formats. Most supervisees attend between 2 and 5 hours per month, depending on their goals and Florida licensure requirements.

✔ Monthly Clinical Workshop, which may also serve as a makeup session when needed

A Note From Me…

I still remember what it felt like to be a new therapist; wanting to do a great job, questioning my decisions, and wondering if I was truly helping my clients in the best way possible.

Because of that, I strive to create a supervision experience where you feel comfortable asking questions, thinking out loud, and learning through the process. I don't expect perfection. I value curiosity, openness, and a genuine desire to grow.

My role isn't to tell you exactly what to do with every client. It's to help you strengthen your clinical judgment, build confidence in your decisions, and develop your own authentic style as a therapist.

I don't expect you to know everything. I simply ask that you come curious, open to feedback, and committed to becoming the best clinician you can be.
