Clinical Supervision for Registered Interns in Florida

Clinical supervision should be more than fulfilling a licensure requirement. It should challenge you, support you, and help you become the kind of therapist your clients trust and your colleagues confidently refer.

*Currently accepting inquiries and waitlist requests for future supervision opportunities.

My Approach

I believe effective therapists are not defined by a single treatment model.

My supervision integrates evidence-based approaches, trauma-informed care, systemic thinking, attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and relationship-focused therapy to help clinicians learn how to think critically, not simply which intervention to use.

Together, we'll focus on developing:

✔ Clinical confidence

✔ Ethical decision-making

✔ Strong case conceptualization

✔ Diagnostic skills

✔ Treatment planning

✔ Documentation practices

✔ A professional identity that feels authentic to you

A Note From Me…

I still remember what it felt like to be a new therapist; wanting to do a great job, questioning my decisions, and wondering if I was truly helping my clients in the best way possible.

Because of that, I strive to create a supervision experience where you feel comfortable asking questions, thinking out loud, and learning through the process. I don't expect perfection. I value curiosity, openness, and a genuine desire to grow.

My role isn't to tell you exactly what to do with every client. It's to help you strengthen your clinical judgment, build confidence in your decisions, and develop your own authentic style as a therapist.

I don't expect you to know everything. I simply ask that you come curious, open to feedback, and committed to becoming the best clinician you can be.

If you're looking for a supervisor who will challenge you, support you, and genuinely invest in your growth, I'd love to connect.

"Every confident therapist was once a new therapist with questions they were afraid to ask."
